The beans are sourced from a single farm – La Estancia, in Dipilto, Nicaragua, ensuring traceability and quality throughout the supply chain from farmer to coffee drinker. After harvesting the beans have undergone extended anaerobic cherry fermentation to give them a unique a full bodied flavour.
